Juliette JANNES, Co-founder and President

Juliette, an engineering graduate of Chimie Paris, is trained in biomass challenges for the chemical industry, Bilan Carbone® (IFC), Life Cycle Analysis (LCA), and climate risk analysis.

With nearly 20 years of experience in global positions, she has developed strong operational, technical, economic, and strategic expertise in the industry. This, combined with her in-depth knowledge of the petrochemical and energy sectors—situated at the intersection of multiple value chains—enables her to effectively leverage her interpersonal skills and her ability to build and transform organizations alongside our clients.

Juliette offers comprehensive expertise to organizations in their CSR journey, low-carbon strategies and transformation initiatives. She is also a facilitator at the 2Tonnes workshop.

 

 

 

 

Maxime KATGELY, Co-founder and CEO

Maxime KATGELY

Maxime, a graduate of Mines de Nancy (specializing in materials and polymers), has also trained in climate risk analysis (Imperial College X), circularity (Delft), Bilan Carbone® (IFC), Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) and innovation in a changing world (INSEAD).

His hands-on experience across Asia, the United States, and Europe, along with holding high-responsibility positions, has made him an expert in the petrochemical industry, a thought leader, and a recognized advocate for sustainable development.

Maxime is also a triathlete, an outdoor enthusiast, a father of two boys, and a husband.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Clémence DENARIER, Climate Consultant – Resilience

Clémence Denarier is an engineering graduate from INSA Lyon, specializing in climate issues and resilience. With nearly ten years of experience in the mechanical and plastics industries, she has developed strong expertise in reducing carbon footprints. As a facilitator for the Climate Fresk, the 2Tonnes workshop and Climate Change Adaptation Workshops, and certified in Carbon Accounting, as well as trained in Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) by MIT, she applies her skills to these sectors, working to improve environmental practices.

Her pragmatic approach, which considers the economic and human aspects of businesses, allows her to design tailored solutions for industrial players while raising awareness among industry stakeholders about climate challenges. Through her experience and determination, Clémence plays a key role in the transition toward more sustainable industrial practices.

 

 

 

 

Vincent STELLA, Climate Consultant – Resilience

Vincent STELLA

Vincent Stella is a consultant in climate strategy and carbon footprint. Graduate of a master’s degree in management (IAE Toulouse School of Management), he has built a rich and varied field experience in the mountain, hotel and tourism sectors in the field, as an entrepreneur and business leader. Trained in Carbon Acounting, ACT Evaluation and ACT Step by Step, he supports his clients in their transformation.

As trainer since 2016, Vincent specializes in the creation and facilitation of training courses on ecological themes, totaling 30 conferences already given and 80 days of training per year. It has been able to establish and maintain the Qualiopi certification, guaranteeing the quality of its interventions.

Vincent is an active member of the Shifters, passionate about music, skiing and travel.

 

 

 

 

Julie ANNET, Climate analyst – Resilience

Julie Annet is a dedicated professional in the fight against climate change, currently serving as a climate and resilience analyst at Rong Yi Solutions. She contributes to innovative projects aimed at enhancing resilience to environmental challenges. Additionally, she is involved with Time for the Planet, a mission-driven company that mobilizes funds to create eco-friendly businesses.

Her background includes diverse experience in the energy sector, where she has managed various internal projects and supported human resources initiatives. Julie has also worked as a chemist, holding research and development positions where she explored gelling polymers for cosmetic and agricultural applications. Her scientific expertise extends to the analysis of chemicals, ensuring their compliance and quality.

She has supplemented her education with training in management and an introduction to Bilan Carbone®, enhancing her strategic approach to sustainability. Passionate about innovation and collaboration, Julie aspires to embody the necessary changes for a more sustainable future.

 

Gibran RUEDA PLA, Climate analyst – Resilience

Gibran Rueda

Gibran Rueda is a graduate chemical engineer from ITESM-CEM in Mexico, with further specialization in environmental engineering at IMT Atlantique. He began his career in transformation projects at a Supply Chain global leader, where he applied his skills of quality management, gained through Lean Six Sigma certifications. Following his focus on environmental subjects, he transitioned to the chemical industry, assisting a multinational company in meeting various environmental requirements while maintaining a leading market position. 

His strong analytical skills enable him to distill large amounts of data into clear, insightful reports, making it easier to understand challenges and identify potential solutions.

 

 

 

 

 

Léa REWAHA-FERRAPIE, Climate analyst – Resilience in work-study program

Léa joined the Rong Yi Solutions team as a climate-resilience analyst. In this role, Léa assesses environmental impacts and proposes sustainable solutions, strengthening her understanding of contemporary climate issues. A work-study student in the second year of a Master’s degree in Green Chemistry and Eco-Innovations at the University of Savoie Mont Blanc, she applies her theoretical and practical knowledge.

Passionate about the fields of cosmetics, luxury, pharmaceuticals and environmental issues, she puts her skills into practice and contributes to significant projects to assess the carbon footprint of complex chemistries. She was able to conduct LCAs using the SimaPro and Ecoinvent environments.

Holder of a bachelor’s degree in process chemistry, Léa has enriched her career with a variety of experiences. During her internship at TAOME in cosmetic formulation, she acquired valuable skills in the design of environmentally friendly formulations.
