Climate Change Adaptation Workshops

The Climate Change Adaptation Workshops (AdACC) provide the tools for effective and acceptable collective choices, ensuring that maladaptations that merely shift the problem or exacerbate it are avoided, while identifying co-benefits.
The AdACC, created by Juliette NOUEL, consists of several sections:
- The first section covers the second chapter of the IPCC report on climate change adaptation, incorporating concepts such as risk, hazards, exposure, and vulnerability.
- The second section presents a simplified and pragmatic approach to risk analysis and adaptation choice as applied to climate change.
- The third section involves the practical application of this method to a specific challenge relevant to the group.

Our training sessions are small and personalized, with groups ranging from 8 to 12 participants.
Prerequisite: Participants must have previously attended a Fresque du climat workshop or our climate awareness training before engaging in this AdACC training.
